What is AFROTC - a competitive program that aligns with your bachelors or graduate degree

AFROTC is a competitive 3 or 4 year program, beginning in Fall terms. Your GPA, Physical Fitness Scores, passing AFOQT (Air Force SAT) and a qualified DoDMERB Medical allows nomination to field training. A national Selection process - if selected and after completing Field Training - you have two more years to complete your degree, AFROTC, hold positions of leadership in the Cadet Wing, and prepare to be a 2nd Lt in the USAF. There is a minimum 4 year commitment to active duty, and your career field and first base assignment is received in your final year.

Aerospace Studies AFROTC class requirements by term

All Students must join the program initially  as an AS 100 if your date of graduation with your degree is 4 years from the time of entry.  

Or, AS 250 (AS 1110/2110/1000) if your date of graduation with your degree is 3 years from the time of entry.
